Let Love Rule
10 February, 2022
What if this February 14th was simply an opportunity to celebrate Love? To remember to say “I love you” and to love yourself above all else?
Let’s get inspired by the Indian traditions and open the chakras! Specifically, let’s focus on the Fourth Chakra, the Heart Chakra. he Heart Chakra, often represented by the colour green, connects the lower and upper chakras, balancing the physical and spiritual worlds. It is the true energetic center of Love and allows us to access our inner kindness, serenity, and peace. It symbolises the end of duality. It is essential to open ourselves up to this powerful energy source that we all cary within.
For as long as we can remember, stones and symbols have been used to harmonize and encourage opening our hearts to these higher vibrations. Green Emeralds are considered as the ultimate stone of love. They promote generosity and compassion. Aquamarines are said to sooth and regulate the rhythm of the heart. The green Yantra, the Indian symbol of sacred geometry, represents the heart chakra. Carry it to remind yourself of this sacred connection between you and your heart.
